FAQ
Before your visit
Do I need to prepare before the check-up?
For tests involving blood sugar or blood lipids, please fast for at least 8-10 hours before the sample is taken. Other tests do not require fasting. Tell our staff what you plan to have checked so they can confirm your preparation.
Can I visit without an appointment?
Yes. We accept walk-ins during opening hours, Monday-Friday 08.30-20.00 and Saturday 08.30-17.00. You can also contact us in advance on LINE @824xsgsj to reduce waiting time.
Do you issue medical certificates?
Yes, for pre-employment checks, driving-licence checks and other purposes. Please tell the staff at registration which type of certificate you need.
