Annual health check
An annual health check for individuals and employees, covering history taking, a doctor's examination and a core lab panel, with individual health advice.
What is checked
- History taking, health risk assessment and physical examination by a doctor
- Weight, height, blood pressure and body mass index
- Core blood panel: CBC, glucose, lipids, liver and kidney function
- Urine analysis, and stool testing when the doctor considers it useful
- Chest X-ray and electrocardiogram according to indications and risk factors
- A summary with individual health advice
Preparation and documents
- Fast for 8-12 hours before testing; plain water is allowed
- Bring previous results if available, so the doctor can see your trends
- Tell our staff about chronic conditions, medicines and past surgery
Timing and results
Most lab results are ready within 45-60 minutes, and a doctor reviews them the same day. If send-out tests are needed, our staff will confirm the collection date.
